Admission Process
Central Queensland University, the only institute with campuses in every mainland state, is a public university. It has seen commendable growth in recent years and is ranked one of the top 600 universities worldwide for higher education in Australia. Admission at CQU is via the university online portal and is accepted for three Terms. Candidates for 2023 admissions can apply for Term 3 till October 25. IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL score of 75 is essential as proof of English language proficiency. Visa Process for International Students
International applicants can apply for a study visa to study in Australia after the offer of admission into CQU. It is recommended that students should apply for the visa at least 6 weeks before the course starts. Visa application is made online through ImmiAccount.The application fee is around 620 AUD for subclass 500. International students need to share proof of sufficient funds which is 62,222 AUD for a single student.
