By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting information, making an enquiry, using our services, communicating with our team, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and must not access or use any services offered by Admistay.
These Terms incorporate by reference all additional policies, notices, disclaimers, guidelines, and terms published or made available by Admistay from time to time, including our Privacy Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other policy, document, or communication, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Admistay.

References to “Admistay”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” shall include Admistay Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, successors, assigns, and authorised business partners.
For the purpose of these Terms, “Platform” means all websites, portals, applications, systems, databases, listings, forms, tools, communications, and services owned, operated, managed, or made available by Admistay.
“User”, “you”, or “your” means any person, student, parent, guardian, applicant, partner, accommodation provider, university representative, consultant, agent, advertiser, visitor, or entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Services” include admissions assistance, accommodation discovery, enquiry management, lead facilitation, booking support, provider introductions, university information, student support, marketing, and related services provided by Admistay.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
Admistay reserves the right to refuse access, restrict services, or request verification where it reasonably believes that a user lacks legal capacity, has provided false information, or is using the Platform in violation of law or these Terms.
Admistay operates as a student-focused admissions and accommodation facilitation platform. The Platform may allow users to search for student accommodation, submit enquiries, receive admission guidance, connect with accommodation providers, explore educational institutions, and communicate with Admistay's authorised representatives.
Admistay may provide information, support, recommendations, introductions, communications, and assistance. However, Admistay does not own or operate universities, does not own or manage accommodation properties unless expressly stated, and does not guarantee admission, accommodation availability, visa outcomes, scholarship decisions, pricing, or tenancy approvals.
Access to the Platform is provided on a temporary, discretionary, and as-available basis. Admistay does not guarantee that the Platform, its content, features, data, listings, communications, or services will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
Admistay may suspend, withdraw, modify, discontinue, restrict, or change any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice and without liability to any user.
Where account access, login credentials, dashboards, partner portals, or user profiles are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
Admistay may disable, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, login, user identification code, password, dashboard, partner access, or system access at any time where Admistay believes there is a security concern, misuse, breach, fraud risk, policy violation, or business requirement.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately notify Admistay at [email protected].
Admistay may provide guidance, information, support, documentation assistance, university shortlisting, course information, application support, and related services for educational admissions. Such services are facilitative and informational in nature.
Admistay is not a university, college, school, awarding body, admissions authority, immigration authority, visa officer, government body, or educational regulator. Admission decisions are made solely by the relevant educational institutions.
No employee, consultant, partner, agent, representative, or affiliate of Admistay is authorised to guarantee admission, offer letters, scholarships, fee waivers, CAS issuance, visa approvals, immigration outcomes, academic success, rankings, placements, internships, employment, or graduate outcomes.
Admistay may display, promote, recommend, introduce, or facilitate access to student accommodation options including PBSAs, private lets, shared rooms, studios, ensuite rooms, apartments, homestays, and other housing options.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Admistay is not a landlord, property owner, housing operator, letting agency, property manager, tenancy provider, maintenance provider, or guarantor of any property.
All tenancy agreements, booking terms, cancellation policies, deposits, room allocations, rent payments, provider rules, and accommodation-specific conditions are between the user and the relevant accommodation provider, landlord, property manager, or operator.
Property descriptions, photographs, videos, prices, room types, availability, distances, amenities, ratings, reviews, offers, policies, and related information may be provided by third-party accommodation providers, partners, public sources, or advertisers.
Admistay makes reasonable efforts to present useful information, but does not warrant or guarantee that any listing, price, availability, image, description, distance, amenity, review, offer, policy, or third-party information is complete, accurate, current, lawful, suitable, or error-free.
Any agreement relating to accommodation, tenancy, admission, university enrolment, payment, scholarship, visa, travel, insurance, finance, or any third-party service shall be entered into directly between the user and the relevant third party.
Admistay shall not be a party to such third-party agreements unless expressly stated in writing. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all applicable third-party terms before making any decision, booking, payment, application, or commitment.
Prices, discounts, offers, coupons, availability, currency conversions, deposits, service fees, rents, booking fees, payment plans, and other charges displayed on or communicated through the Platform are subject to change without notice.
Admistay reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update information, withdraw offers, modify listings, or amend displayed content at any time. Final prices, deposits, payment schedules, and booking terms shall be subject to confirmation by the relevant accommodation provider, university, partner, or service provider.
Payments may be facilitated through third-party payment gateways, banking partners, accommodation providers, universities, or service providers. Admistay may use payment providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, or other authorised payment processors from time to time.
Any payment made to an accommodation provider, university, landlord, partner, or third party shall be subject to that party's own refund, cancellation, deposit, and payment policies. Admistay shall not be responsible for refunds, deductions, chargebacks, payment failures, currency fluctuations, bank delays, or third-party payment disputes unless expressly required by applicable law.
Accommodation cancellations, admission withdrawals, refund requests, tenancy changes, deposit returns, and booking amendments are governed by the terms of the relevant accommodation provider, university, landlord, partner, or third-party service provider.
Admistay may assist users in communicating with third parties, but such assistance shall not constitute a guarantee of refund, cancellation approval, deposit return, room change, admission withdrawal, or favourable outcome.
By accessing the Platform, submitting an enquiry, registering an account, using any service, or providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Admistay through phone calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, automated systems, push notifications, platform notifications, and other electronic means.
Such communications may relate to admissions, accommodation, booking support, offers, updates, partner services, service reminders, marketing, verification, compliance, feedback, and business operations.
Electronic communications shall have the same legal effect as written communications and shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be made in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By submitting any enquiry, booking request, admission request, callback request, contact form, application, document, or communication through the Platform, you authorise Admistay to collect, process, store, use, transfer, disclose, and share your information with accommodation providers, universities, educational institutions, landlords, property managers, visa partners, payment processors, verification partners, business partners, service providers, and other authorised third parties.
Such sharing may take place within or outside India for the purpose of providing services, facilitating bookings, supporting admissions, processing enquiries, verifying information, improving services, marketing, compliance, dispute resolution, and business operations.
All enquiries, leads, prospects, student records, customer information, admission requests, accommodation requests, booking requests, referral data, partner introductions, provider introductions, and business opportunities generated, submitted, received, processed, or transmitted through the Platform shall be deemed valuable business assets of Admistay.
Users, students, parents, partners, accommodation providers, universities, consultants, agents, employees, contractors, and third parties shall not directly or indirectly bypass, circumvent, avoid, or exclude Admistay for the purpose of avoiding commissions, referral fees, service charges, partner obligations, business arrangements, or contractual liabilities.
Any attempt to complete a transaction, admission, booking, referral, or partnership outside Admistay after introduction through Admistay may constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination, damages, recovery of lost commissions, and legal proceedings.
Where Admistay introduces, refers, markets, facilitates, or connects any student, customer, lead, accommodation provider, university, institution, landlord, partner, or business opportunity, Admistay shall remain entitled to all applicable commissions, referral fees, service fees, marketing fees, introduction fees, success fees, and other compensation arising directly or indirectly from such introduction.
Admistay's commission entitlement shall survive termination, account closure, delisting, expiry of access, discontinuation of services, or any direct transaction completed after the introduction.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to content, source code, software, databases, APIs, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, videos, property information, university information, reviews, ratings, metadata, business methods, documents, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Admistay.
No user is granted any right, title, licence, or interest in Admistay's intellectual property except as expressly permitted under these Terms. Users shall not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Admistay.
Users shall not directly or indirectly use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data mining tool, extraction tool, automated software, artificial intelligence system, large language model, machine learning model, bot, script, or similar technology to access, copy, download, monitor, collect, index, reproduce, store, republish, train, fine-tune, analyse, process, or exploit any portion of the Platform without Admistay's prior written consent.
Use of Platform content, listings, databases, reviews, property information, university information, pricing information, images, videos, metadata, or user data for training artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, large language models, search engines, recommendation engines, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension, termination, injunctive relief, damages, and legal action.
Users may submit reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, documents, images, ratings, enquiries, and other content through the Platform. By submitting such content, you grant Admistay a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, moderate, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit such content for business, marketing, operational, legal, and service-related purposes.
Admistay reserves the right to edit, moderate, reject, remove, hide, disable, or delete any user content at any time without notice where it considers such content inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, promotional, irrelevant, fraudulent, or harmful to Admistay's interests.
Users, employees, contractors, consultants, partners, agents, service providers, and authorised representatives shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all confidential information relating to Admistay.
Confidential information includes business strategies, commission structures, provider agreements, customer data, lead information, admission data, booking data, operational processes, pricing information, financial information, software systems, product roadmaps, internal documents, employee records, compensation structures, incentives, commissions, remuneration details, trade secrets, and proprietary information.
Salary information, compensation structures, incentive plans, commissions, remuneration details, and employee-related financial information are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed, published, shared, discussed, copied, circulated, or distributed without prior written authorisation from Admistay.

The Platform, services, content, listings, communications, recommendations, pricing data, availability information, reviews, admission guidance, property information, and all related materials are provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Admistay disclaims all warranties, representations, guarantees, conditions, and undertakings, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, availability, reliability, and suitability.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Admistay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, consequential, statutory, economic, or non-economic losses or damages arising out of or relating to the Platform, services, admissions, accommodation, bookings, payments, third-party actions, provider conduct, visa decisions, university decisions, data loss, cyber incidents, interruption of services, or any user decision made using the Platform.
In no event shall Admistay's aggregate liability exceed the lesser of:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory liability, misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Admistay, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, consultants, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, judgments, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, submission of information, dealings with third parties, negligence, misconduct, fraud, or circumvention of Admistay.
Admistay reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, terminate, or permanently remove any account, listing, content, enquiry, booking request, dashboard access, partner access, or use of the Platform without prior notice, explanation, liability, or compensation.
Such action may be taken for suspected fraud, misuse, non-payment, legal risk, policy violations, security concerns, reputational concerns, business reasons, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Admistay.
Admistay reserves the absolute right to reject, edit, modify, suspend, disable, delist, hide, downgrade, or permanently remove any property listing, provider profile, university profile, advertisement, offer, review, comment, content, image, or document at any time without prior notice.
Admistay shall not be required to provide any reason, explanation, refund, compensation, or prior opportunity to respond in relation to any such action, unless required by applicable law.
The Platform may contain links, references, integrations, content, or resources provided by third parties. Such links and resources are provided for convenience only. Admistay does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, accuracy, or conduct.
You may link to Admistay's home page in a fair and lawful manner that does not damage Admistay's reputation, misrepresent association, imply endorsement, or take unfair advantage of Admistay's goodwill.
Admistay reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice. The Platform must not be framed, mirrored, copied, embedded, or reproduced on any other website without prior written approval.
Admistay shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or inability to perform any obligation due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, regulatory changes, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, internet failures, telecommunications failures, labour disputes, power failures, payment gateway outages, supplier failures, or similar events.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, admissions services, accommodation services, bookings, payments, communications, partnerships, referrals, commissions, or any matter connected with Admistay shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Admistay, subject to applicable law. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
No party shall commence court proceedings unless arbitration has first been pursued, except where urgent interim, injunctive, or protective relief is required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, representative, or member of any class action, collective action, representative proceeding, consolidated proceeding, or private attorney general action.
Users expressly waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, representative action, or similar proceeding against Admistay.
Any claim, dispute, action, proceeding, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Platform, services, communications, bookings, admissions, accommodation, partnerships, commissions, or these Terms must be commenced within six (6) months from the date the claim first arose.
Any claim brought after such period shall be permanently barred, waived, and unenforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Admistay may revise, update, modify, replace, or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be posted on the Platform or communicated through appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after any update shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, controversy, proceeding, or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, admissions services, accommodation services, bookings, payments, partnerships, referrals, or related matters.
Users expressly waive any objection relating to jurisdiction, venue, forum non conveniens, or similar grounds.
