We have a five-storey building and a lower level called Education House located in the downtown Toronto with 35,000 sq. ft. of space. There are 23 classrooms, an auditoriumand three computer labs. The majority of the classrooms are on floors three and four. The first floor has a student lounge, a student-run TSoM café, a kitchen and some classrooms.
Toronto School of Management does not supervise or regulate rentals but have made many resources available including the portals below to assist in your search for Housing through our Off-Campus Housing Service Team. We strongly recommend that all housing requests be made no later than one month prior to arrival.
To apply to a TSoM Diploma program students need to be at least 18 years of age and would need to submit their passport bio page photocopy, their Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent international. For most programs, students must pass a Wonderlic Test.

TSoM Students will be offered paid or unpaid entry-level positions related to their field of studies. The Career Services Department will provide full support to students on booking and preparing for interviews. It is the student’s responsibility to perform well during all interviews as well as during the full length of the co-op term. Placements are subject to availability and will vary based on the program, season and job market changes as well as the student’s English level and previous professional and academic experience. Should the co-op placement not be available, the student will be required to complete a Capstone Project as an alternative to graduate from the program. Not applicable for Diploma in Data Analytics Co-op and Diploma in Cybersecurity Specialist Co-op.
