The Bengaluru based Mesa School of Business offers a full-time and 12-months Post Graduate Program in the specialization of Startup Leadership, details for which are given below. Also, the course consists of 200+ contact hours, 250+ hours specially dedicated for career prep followed by 6 captivating Hackathons, 25+ Workshops and Bootcamps. Also, 5, 10 and 20-hours duration lectures are delivered by 200+ CXOs and Startups Leaders through a specially curated curriculum and via 150+ cutting edge case studies and simulations and students knowledge assessment is done through graded real-world capstone projects.

In addition to this, during 7 Terms with 7 weeks in each, students learn about Marketing Strategies, Applications of Generative AI in Business, Product Analytics and Metrics, Product Management Basics, Strategic Brand Management, Agile Product Development, VC, PE and Angel Equity, Behavioural Economics, Startup Business Models, Financial Statements, Pricing Strategies, Supply Chain Management, Economics of D2C Brands, Business of Electric Vehicles, Operations Management, Economics of B2B SaaS and Business Strategy Frameworks. In terms of practical exposure, students are provided opportunities like Hacktahons and Live Projects along with short challenges so that they can apply their classroom learning to real-world scenarios.

And under the Build Your Own Business (BYOB) Initiatives, a budget of 1 Lakh is also allocated to a group of 4 students and they are asked to work upon a problem domain of their choice.
