New Horizon College of Engineering also known as NHCE is a private engineering college situated near Marathahalli, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. New Horizon College of Engineering was established in 2001. The NHCE is an Autonomous college that is permanently affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Additionally, The college has been selected by AICTE to establish the AICTE-IDEA Lab. The institute has also been approved by the Govt. of Karnataka, NBA Tier1 accreditation by Washington Accord, and NAAC A grade. As per the NIRF 2023, the institute is ranked 4^th in Bangalore, 6^th in Karnataka and rank band 151-200 in Engineering Category.

B.E is the flagship course at New Horizon College of Engineering. Admission to the BE program is based on 2nd PUC/ 12^th standard or equivalent examination with english as one of the languages and should have scored an aggregate of 45% in Physics & Maths as compulsary subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Biology in KCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Whereas M.Tech, MBA and MCA admissions are based on degree/ graduation marks for direct admission and a valid score in Karnataka PGCET followed by counselling.
