Sri Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology (VVIT), Bangalore was established in 2008 under Sri Vijaya Vittala Charitable and Educational Trust. Trust has been engaged in the noble task of providing opportunity to the youth in acquiring higher technical education thus making a significant contribution in providing a strong intellectual base, balanced personality and foundation for the education of the youth hence contributing to the productivity and growth of the nation.

The management is committed to provide financial help to deserving students of all categories. The scholarships that are offered by Management are primarily aimed at promoting quality education among the students. Students with brilliant academic records (PCM aggregate more than 75%) are eligible to apply for merit scholarship.
