Malla Reddy Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MRIPS) was established in 2005.  MRIPS is located in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. The college offers graduate and post graduate programs in Pharmacy. MRIPS is affiliated to JNT University, Hyderabad. MRIPS is approved by AICTE and PCI.  MRIPS is a constituent college of the Chandramma Educational Society.

The college is known to have a qualified and dedicated faculty. MRIPS organizes several national conferences and Faculty Development Programs for the development and mutual benefit of the faculty and student community. MRIPS aims to become a full-fledged center of learning in the field of pharmacy.

• B. Pharmacy Eligibility: Candidates are required to clear EAMCET and on basis of the rank secured by the candidates, seats are filleA percentage of the seats are filled-in by the management under NRI quota. The candidates seeking admission through this process should possess 50% overall or in group or in equivalent subjects. 10% of the seats are filled at the Second year level through ECET lateral entry scheme.

• Post Graduate Course - Pharm. D The duration of this academic course is six years (five years of study and one year of internship or residency).

• Post Graduate Course – M. Pharmacy Eligibility: Seats are filled-in through all India level entrance examination - GPAT on the basis of the rank secured by the candidates.NRI quota is also applicable for a percentage of seats.  

•  Post Graduate Course –Pharm. D (Post Baccalaureate)Eligibility: A pass in B. Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.Admission Process: Admissions are done along with M. Pharmacy course as described above.Duration: Three years (two years of study and one year internship or residency).

• Library-Tremendous collection of 5831 volumes and 850 titles of books,25 International Journals and online 10 National journals subscription
• Seminar Hall- The seminar hall is well equipped and is utilized for the conduct of occasional conferences and workshops and frequent guest lectures.
• Classrooms-The well ventilated classrooms have a seating capacity of 70 students. The class rooms of M. Pharmacy & UG final year are provided with LCDs for power point presentations.
• Laboratories-The labs of every department are equipped with modern equipment of industry standards. The facilities and equipment in the laboratories are regularly updated to industry standards.
