The Karmavir Dadasaheb Kannamwar College of Engineering, situated in the heart of India in Nagpur city, established in 1984 by Backward Class Youth Relief Committee (BCYRC) is one of the leading engineering colleges in Maharashtra State. The Government of Maharashtra has conferred ‘A’ Grade on the basis of excellence & adequate infrastructure as well as the academic achievements of students and faculty. It is approved by AICTE New Delhi, DTE, Government of Maharashtra. The college successfully continues to attract the attention of scholars from all over the subcontinent. The college runs undergraduate and postgraduate courses i.e two courses with six branches of Engineering and three PG programs in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration. The T&P Department has an Excellent and Proven Track Record over the years regarding the Placement of students in India and Abroad. The Department is successful in providing Industrial Training to students in multinational companies, corporate sector of the Country. The Department maintains good Industry Institute Interaction and also promotes students to become Entrepreneurs. It provides complete guidance to students for Campus Interviews,
Competitive Exams and options after BE/ M. Tech/ MBA. The department is committed to providing placement opportunities to each student who completes their degree from the college. Moreover, passed out students are also being given an opportunity through the department, as many companies seek some experience of the students. Training and Placement Department is comprised of T&P Officer & T&P in-charge who is assisted by Team of T&P coordinator guided by Principal, Vice-Principal and Head of the Departments. The T&P committee handles the entire activities involved in providing a stepping-stone to the corporate arena for the students of KDKCE. KDK College of Engineering Facilities
Library: The college library caters to the academic requirements of the students and staff with a collection of over 55,708 books, inclusive of 9,682 titles for all the six branches and MBA courses offered in the college. The library also subscribes to national and international e-journals.
Laboratories and Workshops: The institute is having all the necessary laboratories required as per the syllabus and curriculum, meeting with A.I.C.T.E. norms, equipped with the latest sophisticated equipment, machines and instruments. The laboratories in the various departments have excellent research and testing facilities.
Canteen: A separate canteen exists in the college premises where fresh snacks, soft drinks and other edible food are available.
Sports: The college has a well-maintained sports facilities with modern equipment. Various amenities for indoor games like pool table, table tennis, carom, chess, gym facility etc. and outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball and volleyball, have been specially developed for students.
Hostel: The institute has boys and girls hostel and mess with a capacity of 125 students and 175 students respectively with single and double-seated rooms. CCTV Surveillance system, WI-FI Internet, Library, Indoor game, Yoga and mess facilities are provided in the hostels.

Ans. Depending on the admission criteria, the admission will be based on merit in the entrance test or marks in the qualifying examination. However, all candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements.

Ans. No, these are full-time programs. You will not be able to take on any paid employment through the duration of the program.
