Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology - [MACET] was established by Millat Education Society and located in city Patna state of Bihar. The college is the oldest private engineering college of Bihar. The college is a degree level technical college, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The college campus is around 18.45 acres and historic buildings presenting a spectacle of architectural and natural beauty.

The placement cell helps to the students in their project work and provides them a platform for interaction with the corporate world. The college is 20km from Patna junction railway station and 16 km from Jai Prakash Narayan International Airport, Patna. The library is well equipped with text books, technical journals, periodicals, and reference material for advanced research and development work.
