About Kirloskar Institute of Management - [KIM]

Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), Pune is a private self-financed institute established in 2010. It has two campuses namely- KIM Harihar & KIM Pune. KIM Pune campus came into existence in 2010 and is approved by AICTE. The Business School has been ranked 77 out of 119 Top Private Colleges in India 2021 by Outlook and ranked A++ consistently by Business India.

KIM offers a two-year fully residential flagship PGDM program to the students. Admission to KIM Pune is based on valid scores of CAT/ MAT/CMAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ ATMA / MH-CET, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

KIM Pune offers placement in various sectors namely, marketing, finance, human resource, operations, etc. In the last placement drive, 98% of students were placed & the highest CTC for the PGDM Course stood at INR 18 LPA. KIM Pune Placement

KIM Pune has completed its 2021-23 placement drive and 98% of students were placed with over 40% students joining BIG 4s companies. Total of 95 students were placed. Leading Recruiters included Deloitte, Accenture, Amazon, Kantar, Kirloskar Group, PWC, HUL, Marico, Reliance Retail, Grant Thornton, E & Y, KPMG, TATA Power, Mercedes Benz etc. The highlights of the placement drive are mentioned below:

During the placement drive, A total of 80 companies participated out of which 10 were new recruiters.
The highest salary package stood at INR 18 LPA.
An average salary of INR 7.5 LPA was offered to the students.
Finance was the top recruiting sector.

KIM Pune Scholarship

Meritorious students under the following conditions get the Scholarships of KIM:

A scholarship worth Rs 1 lakh is awarded to a student who has secured 95 percentiles and above in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT
A scholarship worth Rs 60,000 is awarded to a student who has secured 90 to 95 percentiles in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ MAT
Those eligible for INR 1,00,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 7.20 for batch 2024-2026.
Those eligible for 60,000/- scholarship will receive a rebate in the sixth installment provided the previous 5 trimesters’ GPA/CGPA is 6.413 for batch year 2024-2026
