Student Housing at Saint Edward’s University

The students have a variety of living communities to choose from, each of which has their own distinctive personality. Freshmen students are eligible to stay either in private rooms or shared rooms.

The various residence halls at Saint Edward’s University include:

• Basil Moreau Hall and Jacques Dujari é Hall- offers double rooms and suites for freshmen students. Two students share a bedroom and a bathroom if staying in a double room while they share a bedroom and a connecting bathroom shared by four students if staying in a double suite.
• Edmund Hunt & Le Mans Halls and Teresa Hall have only double suites available shared by two freshmen students
• Casa- Casa has single rooms and double rooms available for freshmen students. Students staying at Casa share a bathroom with two students. Double rooms are shared by two students. A Casa pod contains nine students sharing three bathrooms.

Admission Deadline: The admissions at Saint Edward’s University are open for the Fall and Spring semester. The final international application deadline for spring 2023 is November 15 and the early international application deadline for Fall 2023 is December 1.

International students at Saint Edward’s University are eligible for academic and athletic scholarships.

• Academic Scholarships- award up to 10,000 USD to 24,000 USD annually
  • Student must be a freshman
  • Combined SAT score 1000, or ACT score 19
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Priority deadline to apply for this scholarship is February 1.
• Moreau Scholarship- Full tuition for the freshman year plus an amount equal to freshman year tuition in subsequent years.
  • Applicants must be freshmen graduate from Holy Cross high school and among the top students in their class.
  • The students need to fill a separate application which must be received with an application for admission by December 15
• Varsity Athletics Scholarships- Awarded by coaches to men and women based on athletic ability in baseball/softball, basketball, tennis, soccer, and golf. Women are also eligible for volleyball scholarships.

Saint Edward’s University does not provide any graduate scholarships to its students. Students can apply for outside international scholarships offered by various organizations. Also, graduate students can apply for private education loans to finance their studies at Saint Edward’s University.
