• I-20 Form: Sufflocks International Student Service Office (ISSO) will issue an I-20 form which will be mailed via courier within 2- 3 weeks of accepting the admission.

• Passport
• Passport Size Photographs
• Completed Visa Application
• 200 USD must be paid towards Sevis Fee.

After the submission of the completed I-20 form and payment of SEVIS fee, students can schedule an interview with the nearest US embassy.
