Florida Polytechnic University was established as an independent institution in 2012 by its president Randy Avent. It is a public university located in Lakeland, Florida, founded as a branch campus of University of South Florida. Florida Polytechnic University Admission Deadlines

Visa Process for International Students

International students will require a proper  US student visa to be eligible to study in the United States. The students who are selected for admission will be sent an I-20 form from the Florida Poly Office of Admissions. After receiving the acceptance letter, the applicants have to visit the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for application of a student’s visa to study in the U.S. The applicant requires taking with them, the letter, I-20 form and valid documents demonstrating the availability of funds to cover the expenses while staying in the U.S.
