Admission Process

Milwaukee School of Engineering is a renowned university offering graduate and undergraduate degrees in a variety of programs across nursing, engineering, and business disciplines. The school exhibits a moderately competitive admission policy with an acceptance rate of around 62%. Prospective students can choose from around 24 degree programs at the undergraduate level, and, nine graduate level degree programs at Milwaukee School of Engineering.

MSOE accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year and has no specific deadline for admissions. The quarter system is followed in MSOE implying that students can apply for any of the three semesters in every academic year.

Applicants who have taken IB English High Level and have achieved a minimum score of five do not need to give proof of English language proficiency. Those who are very close to fulfilling the English proficiency requirements, can enroll into MSOEs dual admission programs and take for-credit English language courses till the time they are granted full-time admission.

Visa Process for International Students

International students who are accepted into MSOE are required to obtain the I-20 Certificate of Eligibility in order to apply for the F-1 student visa. To get the I-20 Form from MSOE, following documents need to be submitted:

  • MSOE Financial Certification stating availability of funds worth one year’s full expenses at MSOE.
