Western Oregon University Scholarships 

The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) at Western Oregon University is a qualifying scholarship program for existing and new international students. The scholarship is awarded based on the student's academic achievement, financial need, and capacity to undertake cultural service.

US Visa for International Students

All the applicants who have submitted the required documents and meet admission requirements will receive the admission packet within two weeks. The Federal law requires international students to carry the following documents at all times:

  1. I-20(F-1)- the I-20 will be issued by the Western Oregon University and will be included in the admission packet. This document will allow you to apply for an F-1 visa. The I-20 must remain valid at all times.
  2. Passport- The passport must remain valid at all times and if it is to expire during the course of studies, students must renew it 6 months prior.
  3. US Visa-The Visa permits the students to apply for admission in the US.
  4. I-94 Number Card-The I-94 is issued only for land travelers while for others F-1 admission stamps will be posted on the passport.

Additional Conditions International Graduate Admission

  • All the applicants who hold a master's degree will be waived of the condition of a minimum 3.0 GPA.
