The SUNY Fashion Institute of Technology has a wide campus ranging over 1.5 NYC blocks located at New York City’s Chelsea Neighborhood. The FIT provides on-campus housing facilities to over 1,100 new entrants on 27th street and 1,100 currently admitted students at 31st Street’s Kaufman hall. How, Where and When to apply?
Students interested in on-campus residence can apply for fall and spring housing. For this, they must visit the MyFit portal on the website. Candidates must maintain 12 or more credits each semester to be eligible for housing. Besides, they must also pay a $500.00 non-refundable fee as a deposit at the time of applying.
Off-Campus Housing
