To apply to undergraduate programs at OU Norman, international students can use any of the following methods:

The University of Oklahoma application fee for undergraduate programs is 90 USD (7,975 INR).

To apply to graduate programs (MA, MS, MBA etc), international students must apply directly to the university using the OU Application. The OU application fee for graduate programs is 100 USD (8,861 INR), including the MBA & other programs offered by the business school.

International students can choose from 31+ MS courses offered by the University of Oklahoma Norman, USA. University of Oklahoma follows a holistic approach and aims to notify about their admission decision within 4 weeks of application submission for undergraduate applicants. Decisions for graduate admissions are released as soon as the applications are reviewed by the respective departments.

After admission to the University of Oklahoma, international students must complete post-admission steps via the OU Bound portal. To receive an I-20 or DS-2019, students must submit valid financial documents showing funds to cover annual study and living costs in USA. Documents must be recent (within 90 days) and, if under another person’s name, accompanied by a Financial Support Letter.

Once financial proof is approved, OU International Student Services (ISS) issues the I-20/DS-2019 within 3–10 business days and delivers it by email. With this I-20 and other documents, international students must apply for a US Student Visa.
