Admission Process

Reed College follows a semester-based calendar with primary intake in Fall. Applications for admission to the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies are accepted for the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters. For undergraduate admission, Reed offers two timelines for early decision: an early action and a regular decision deadline. Around 30% of the incoming freshmen class enters through the Early Decision.

Visa Process for International Students

International students must receive an offer letter from Reed College for the issuance of Form I-20 which is the primary document required to apply for a visa to study in the U.S. Students are required to submit the following documents for the I-20 document:

After the certificate of finances has been verified, the College will issue a packet containing the I-20 required to begin the visa process. After receiving the I-20, students must pay the SEVIS fee.
