The University of California San Francisco acceptance rate is around 15%. Note, this is an overall average acceptance rate, as the program-wise acceptance rate is variable. The application deadlines for UCSF admissions varies from October-December, depending on your chosen program. An application fee of 140 USD is required for each application. The admission requirements are

University of California San Francisco Campus

The UCSF campus is with a hilltop location that organizes various research and events every year to provide students holistic development. There are plenty of things to indulge in when studying at UC, San Francisco.

• Parnassus Heights: It is the main campus and have a tight network of buildings where faculty, staff, students and others are engaged in patient care, research and education activities
• Mission Bay: It is a teaching, research and clinical care campus with a daily population of about 3,500 UCSF faculty, staff, students, patients and other visitors
• Mount Zion: The Mount Zion campus is a hub of specialized medical center clinics and surgery services located in the Western Addition.
• Mount Sutro Open Space Reserve: Home to a vibrant, 61-acre open space reserve owned by UCSF as well as campus housing nestled amongst the trees in the heart of San Francisco
• UCSF Fresno: The largest physician-training program between Sacramento and Los Angeles, with more than 300 medical residents and fellows and more than 300 visiting medical students each year

• The university has 20+ sports clubs. You can also become part of the creative team with house cheerleading and band teams for various sports.
• The university organizes various art & culture events including street and music festivals, world-class museums, and performance spaces. Students into music, dance, and theater are welcomed to be part of these events.
• Various dining options are provided to students on campus. Be it a dietician verified eating plan or meal based plan, everything is provided to students. Bon appétit is the dining hall on campus from where students can have food.
• Additionally, The Market Cafe, The Outtahere Cafe, The Grind Down at Roadcross Cafe are other accessible options for students to enjoy meals around the campus.
• 100+ student associations and clubs are there for activities. According to the preference, students can easily enroll under them.
• Shuttle and parking services are available for students to travel in and around the campus.
