The American International College is located in the geographic center of Springfield, Massachusetts. The Campus has academic and administrative buildings, 6 athletics and sports fields, 6 residential halls and ample parking facilities.

The campus houses one of the most famous libraries called The James J. Shea Sr. Memorial Library that contains more than 14,900 historical periodicals, 76,000 volumes and more than 400 current periodicals. Additionally, the college competes in NCAA Division II, and is also an honorary member of the Northeast-10 Conference.

The campus accommodation of 6 residence halls and 2 Apartments (one each for Graduate and Undergraduate Students) accommodates the majority of the students. The Residential halls namely Broadhurst hall, Edgewood hall, Hines hall, Street hall, Pooch hall and Magna Hall are traditional residences whereas the Acorn apartments have undergraduate and graduate wings.

The college offers over 60 programs through its 3 Schools namely School of Business, Arts and Sciences, School of Health Sciences and School of Education.
