Foundation hall is the newest resident’s hall of Wagner college. The foundation hall gives residents housing for about 200 seniors and graduates studies students. The bridges programme focuses on helping seniors to make Connexions in addition to programmes such as resume building, GRE preparation, cooking classes, and network opportunities.

Guild hall has suit rooms occupying 150 upper-class students. Guild hall also houses the green community, upper-class owners, a fully functional kitchen, and the Wag Convenience store which opens throughout the duration of the semesters.

Towers Hall is made up of five towers with hallways. Towers hall has 269 rooms occupied by 459 upper-class students. The tower hall has single rooms, double rooms, and 34 suites with two double rooms and a shared common living room.
