Colby College Campus

The College campus is traditional, comfortable, and designed to meet the needs of students. Student social life is primarily organised by students, with a committee in charge of organising parties and events. The population size and function of student-run clubs vary.

Many students want to attend Colby because of the music clubs. Colby has a number of a cappella groups, including all-male and all-female ensembles that play at campus activities. The campus has a record of having the most volunteers and provides student housing in the US on campus.

The college is a residential college and almost all the students live on campus. The campus houses 31 residence halls with each one having its own personality, houses students from different classes, and provides amenities such as common areas and kitchenettes.
