📄 Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellations NOT Accepted by Admistay

• Once a booking is confirmed, Admistay cannot cancel it on your behalf.
• Please refer to the specific property provider’s cancellation policy (e.g., PBSA operator, landlord, hostel).

✅ Property Partner Cancellations

• If the property/provider cancels a confirmed booking, any paid amount is refunded as per that provider’s terms.
• Refunds are processed directly by the provider or booking partner.

ℹ️ Notes

• Admistay acts as an intermediary/aggregator and is not a party to the tenancy/licence agreement.
• Refund timelines and terms (e.g., cooling-off period, partial deductions) vary by property and are shown on the listing or shared by the provider.
• Admistay is not responsible for delays/failures by external providers.

❌ Non-Cancellable After Service Start

• Counseling sessions
• University shortlisting
• SOP/LOR/document review
• Application assistance
• Once any of the above has begun, cancellation or refund is not permitted.

✅ Exceptions (Subject to approval)

• No counselor assigned and no session held within 5 business days of payment.
• Duplicate payment or payment made in error (with proof).

How to raise a request

• Email a written request to: [email protected]
• Include: Full Name, Email, Booking/Transaction ID, and Reason for Cancellation.
• Admistay will verify and acknowledge eligible requests within 3 business days.

• Admistay does not guarantee cancellations or refunds unless expressly stated.
• For accommodation, provider policies prevail; third-party timelines/charges may apply.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
