⛔ Non-Refundable:

• Admistay’s platform/processing fee after booking confirmation.
• Consultation or shortlist fee once availed.

✅ Refund Conditions:

• Property provider cancels the booking.
• Accommodation listed was fraudulent/misrepresented (with proof).
• Refunds depend on third-party provider’s cancellation policies.

Admistay does not control accommodation payments. Contact the property provider directly for refunds.

🎓 University Admissions (Aggregator Model)

⛔ Non-Refundable:

• Counseling, application review, or processing fees once started.
• University or third-party consultant fees (non-refundable via Admistay).

✅ Refund Conditions:

• Duplicate or mistaken payment, and no service has commenced.
• Failure by Admistay to deliver promised service (case-by-case).

💳 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

• Notify us at [email protected] within 72 hours.
• After verification, refund will be issued to original payment method within 7–10 working days.

🔁 Refund Process

• Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
• Completed within 7–10 business days.
• Confirmation email will be sent once processed.
