The cost of lease breaking is as per Lease Agreement. The cost includes an administrative fee, 1 week of rent plus GST, advertising fees, and a departure cleaning fee (if organised through the property and not already paid). You will also be responsible for rental payments until the apartment is leased again (up to a maximum of one month).

3. you cannot enter Australia due to border closures or restrictions 


 If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, they may be able to move your lease commencement date.
