1. Notification of visa rejection is provided to the property
2. A duly completed cancellation form is submitted to them 13 days or fewer before the agreement’s start date.
3. AU$250 administrative fee is charged and deducted from the bond in this case.

1. Notification of visa rejection is provided to the property.

3. Failure to inform the property of cancellation will result in rent being charged to the applicant until a suitable replacement is found. 5. The property reserves the right to recover reasonable costs (included but not limited to cleaning, advertising, administration costs and loss of rent) for agreement cancellation and early termination from the holding deposit or bond payments until a replacement tenant is found.
