Before arrival — if a student cancels due to a visa refusal or cancellation, we provide a full 100% refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is due to a change of mind and notice is given less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, no refund is provided.

After arrival — if a student departs before the end of their agreed term, the following applies: 

— More than 8 weeks early departure: full deposit forfeited 

— Less than 4 weeks early departure: assessed on a case-by-case basis — typically 50% of the deposit is retained

If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Admistay team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Admistay team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

A deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' accommodation is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is transferred by bank transfer and is fully refundable upon successful completion of the agreed accommodation term.
