All our studios are fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. While regular cleaning is not included, it can be booked upon request.Please note, if you are booking as a couple, there will be an additional 200€ charge added to the price of the studio. A vibrant neighborhood located in the eastern part of Berlin, Friedrichshain is known for its lively atmosphere, rich history, and cultural scene. Nested at the intersection where the city center meets a picturesque lakeside, the district offers a thriving nightlife and a great mix of parks, bars, cafes, and restaurants, making it one of the most sought-after residential areas for creative communities and young professionals. The area is also well-served by public transportation, providing convenient access to other parts of Berlin.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.  Who is eligible to book a room? Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.  Which documents do we need for a booking: -Copy of Passport -Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)  Can I view the apartment: Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.  More information about your future flatmates: It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.  When are the first payments due? The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.  You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
