Who will I share the property with?

None in the case of renting out an internal flat. In the case of renting out a room: unfortunately, due to GDPR requirements they are unable to share specific information about the other tenants in the property. What are the booking costs?
PMG charges a service fee which is proportional to the cost of the fee for the number of months booked. Do I have to pay a deposit?
When booking, the amounts to be paid are: one month's rent (which will be paid into the properties' landlord 48h after check in) + PMG commission. Once this amount is paid, the property will be reserved.

What if there is any Changes to my dates?

Some rental agreements have early departure clauses, so they recommend that you check these in advance of your application.
