Who will I share the property with?
None in the case of renting out an internal flat. What are the booking costs?

Do I have to pay a deposit?
When booking, the amounts to be paid are: one month's rent (which will be paid into the properties' landlord 48h after check in) + property commission. Once this amount is paid, the property will be reserved.
