There are two balconies, one from the living area and one from the master bedroom. Both terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture. The open kitchen plan adds an element of spaciousness in the living area. The kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils, looks onto the dining area next to the couch.

The living area is characterized by its wooden shelving bordering the TV. The flat comes with a private office with a wooden desk made by a local craftsman (and a hammock for relaxing!). Distinctly decorated, all three bedrooms come with queen-sized beds and fresh linens. Find a full length mirror in the hallway. Each bathroom comes with a full shower.

Note: If the booking deposit is insufficient to cover these amounts then the student must pay the difference to settle the outstanding balance to the property.
