    • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

  • Early termination is permitted only by finding a replacement tenant acceptable to the landlord.
  • The tenant remains responsible for all rent and tenancy obligations until the replacement tenant has signed a new tenancy agreement and made the required payment.
  • The tenant's rent account must be fully up to date before a replacement is accepted.
  • Any outstanding rent up to the leaving date must be paid.
