• Students may request permission to find a replacement licensee if they wish to be released from their licence agreement.
• It is the student's responsibility to find a suitable replacement.
• A replacement tenant request will only be considered if at least 12 weeks remain on the licence agreement.
• The property has sole discretion to approve or reject the proposed replacement.
• A replacement may be rejected if they:
  • Do not meet the property's eligibility requirements.
  • Do not satisfy student status requirements.
  • Do not pass the required administrative checks.
  • Do not accept the applicable licence terms.
  • Are unable to pay the remaining accommodation fees and applicable charges in advance.
• If the replacement is approved:
  • The outgoing student must pay a £100 administration fee (or any other amount specified in the Booking Details).
  • Only one replacement licensee is permitted per booking.
  • Remaining accommodation payments must be paid upfront by the replacement unless the property agrees otherwise in writing.
• Release from the licence is not automatic and is subject to the property’s approval.

If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Admistay team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Admistay team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

• Security Deposit Amount: £250.
• The Deposit may initially be used to hold the room or freeze the accommodation price.
• If the student fails to complete the booking process on time, the Deposit may become non-refundable.
• Once the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter is issued, the Deposit is converted into a Security Deposit.
• Refund processed within 6–8 weeks after the property receives the completed Deposit Refund Form and required documentation.

• Students may pay their accommodation fees in installments.
• A maximum of 6 instalments is available.
• The available installment plan depends on the length of the booking.
• Students should confirm the available instalment option with their sales agent.
• Failure to pay any instalment on time may result in:
  • Immediate withdrawal of the instalment plan.
  • The entire outstanding accommodation fee becomes immediately due and payable.

• Payments can be made using:
  • Debit Card.
  • Credit Card.
  • Bank Transfer.

Note: Students are responsible for all bank charges associated with payments and refunds, including intermediary bank charges.
