About the Property - June Homes 90033, Los Angeles

Overview

Brand new and conveniently located near the Golden State Freeway, this shared apartment is a perfect home for college students and working professionals that plan to commute. A modern architectural work of beauty, this three-story unit has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. Located in a 4-plex on a quiet residential street, just across the Los Angeles River from Downtown’s Little Tokyo district, this apartment features balconies on the top two floors, custom floor to ceiling windows, central heating and air conditioning, contemporary hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and a washer and dryer. At 2109-square-feet, this unit boasts large bedrooms with walk-in closets, private bathrooms, and windows for lots of natural light. Each room can easily accommodate a queen-size bed, nightstands, and additional furniture, such as a desk or dresser. Luxurious bathrooms feature dual-flush toilets, large mirrors, modern fixtures, horizontal and vertical subway tiling, and bathtub shower combinations with sliding glass doors. Two large living areas provide cozy spaces for inhabitants to relax with plenty of room for sectional couches, coffee tables, and TV stands. A teal-colored eat-in kitchen sports bright backsplashes and white countertops and comes equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The space is large enough for a breakfast table and four chairs. One of the best neighborhoods in Los Angeles, Downtown offers residents a variety of options when it comes to dining and nightlife. A densely-populated and diverse area with over 15 unique districts that are conveniently named after the commercial activity you will find there, Downtown is home to an eclectic demographic of artists, college students, families, and working professionals. The housing stock in Downtown ranges from modestly-priced single-story bungalows to million-dollar high-rise condos. If you are looking to do some shopping, be sure to check out the Fashion District in the southern portion of Downtown, one of the area’s largest commercial districts. Big-box retail stores and high-end boutiques occupy commercial thoroughfares between the Santa Monica Expressway and 7th Street. The Arts District is another popular sub-neighborhood of Downtown where you can find some of the best museums and dining options in Central Los Angeles. A nine-minute walk from the front door of this apartment will get you down to Mariachi Plaza Station for the L Line train, which will take you across the river into Little Tokyo and up to Chinatown.
