Can I park my vehicle at The Republic?

The Property offers free parking for all residents, with optional reserved covered parking available. Limited free guest parking is available as well.

What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?

The property is a pet-friendly community in select cottages, with restrictions on animals and breeds. All indoor and adjacent areas of The Republic are smoke-free. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of cottage-mates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests. Guest parking is limited.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The property also offers automatic payment by either credit card. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.

Is a co-signer or financial guaranty required?

Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 2 installments.
