The Reserve’s shared 4-bedroom apartments are designed for ultimate ease for today’s city dweller. You’ll get your own bedroom (fully furnished) within the 4-bedroom apartment. No need to scramble to find roommates, as your roommates already reside in The Reserve’s spacious apartments. You’ll also get free Wifi, periodic cleanings, basic supplies, access to all special amenity spaces, and your first $50 in utility charges each month included! (1 person allowed per bedroom. No pets are permitted. Minimum 1 Year lease duration).
Can I rent my own private apartment?
Of course! The Reserve features conventional 2-bedrooms & 3-bedrooms for rent. Please note that no Studio or 1-bedrooms exist at the property. (Conventional apartments do not include the services featured for shared apartments).
What Furnishings Are Included in Shared Apartments?
Bed, nightstand, lamp, and a closet (or armoire), all in modern aesthetic.
How many bathrooms come in the Shared Apartments?
Two (2) bathrooms in each Shared Apartment.
