1. To terminate the agreement before the Roommate Term End, Roommates must provide 30 days notice by email to the property and pay a cancellation fee of $250 plus a fee of $5 for each day prior to the Roommate Term End on the Rider that the Roommate Term is reduced ("Rider Cancellation Fee").
2. The Roommate Term End shall be amended to reflect a date that is 30 days from the date that the Rider Cancellation Fee was paid. If the Rider Cancellation Fee is not paid, the cancellation notice shall be invalid. All terms of this Rider shall remain in effect until the Roommate Term End, as amended, and Roommate's Monthly Rent Share shall be due until the Roommate Term End, as amended, even if Roommate vacates the Apartment.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is due at the time of booking.
