2. The notice is considered effective from the 1st day of the next rental period. For example, if you submit your 60 days notice on May 15th, it will count as 60 days from June 1st.
3. If you wish to exercise the option to terminate your lease prior to the agreed-upon end date, the property requires a surrender fee equal to 1 month's rent if your requested new lease end date is between June 1st & August 31st.
4. For requests with new lease end dates between September 1st & April 30th, the termination fee is 1.5 months' rent. The fee is paid upfront at the date of the notice.

(e) If your stay is for one month, regardless of your move-in date, the property will require your full stay to be charged upfront, including your security deposit (if applicable).
