1. Establishment of Mock Bar – Keeping in mind the technicalities and working of the hotel industry, the college has set up various labs within its vicinity. To offer students a hands on experience of working in a bar or restaurant, students are made to practice in mock bar. Through this centre they get to learn certain aspects of Food & Beverage industry.

2. Establishment of Multimedia Center: A well equipped multimedia center has also been set up in the campus. The Faculties uses this centre to give illustrations. Very soon this centre will be versed with video conferencing facility.

3. Front Office Lab – Via this facility the students get to imbibe in themselves the skills of front office handling. The lab is well fabricated by all the essentials as available on a five star or a seven star hotel front office. Students learn basic things like dealing with customers, guests, dealing with foreign currency, traveler’s cheque, transport arrangements for guests etc.

4. House-keeping Lab – This department is one of the very important aspects of hotel management. The college has set up a complete unit of housekeeping fabricated with high class - furniture and draperies. The lab has been designed and set keeping in mind the modern norms of the hotel industry.
