SGTB Khalsa College admission to the UG and PG courses is based on scores obtained in the CUET examination. And the admission to the diploma, certificate and PG diploma courses is carried out on the basis of merit in the last qualifying exam. The library has a subscription of 12 journals, 46 magazines and 27 newspapers. This is the only college of Delhi University, which is fully computerised and has a lift facility. The library has a section for Braille too.
Sports: The college is known for sports excellence. SGTB Khalsa College participates in various international competitions and has won various championships too.
