Mahishadal Raj College is the 3rd oldest government college in Midnapore, Calcutta, and was established in 1946. How to apply?

Open the official website.
Fill the application form with the necessary details.
Scan and upload the recent passport size color photo (size 100kb ) and their signature (size 50kb).
Submit the application form and then choose the necessary payment option for the application fees.
For offline payment of application fees, a printout of three-part bank challan of which the Bank Part has to be submitted to the branch of UNITED BANK OF INDIA and the College Part has to be submitted to the college office at the time of admission. The student part is for record-keeping by the student.
For online payment of application fees, click the "ON-LINE PAYMENT'' button and then follow the step-by-step process. After completion of the printout process, the students are advised to submit the application form and payment slip to the college office at the time of admission.

Hostels: The college offers 2 hostels, one for boys and another for girls. Teacher superintendents are in charge of the hostels. It offers all the basic facilities including mess halls, bathrooms, badminton court, indoor games, guest rooms, Wi-Fi, and so on. Admissions to staying in hostels are provided strictly based on distance from the residence of the student. Priorities shall be given to unmarried students. ST/SC and handicapped students.
Library: The college has a well-furnished and equipped Central Library that contains a very rich collection of textbooks & reference books. It also has non-book materials like Cassettes, CDs, DVDs, etc.
Canteen: The canteen offered by the college is extremely affordable for the students. They have got well-maintained canteens that follow immense hygiene standards and serve both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food to students. They are provided with nutritious food with the Indian Dietary guidelines kept in mind.
Lecture halls: All lecture halls of the college are well furnished with proper seating arrangements, air conditioning, and sound systems. They also have smart classrooms to be on par with the latest modern technology beneficial to students.
Medical Facilities: The college has appointed registered medical practitioners that regularly attend the “Medical and First Aid Centre” that has been established by the college.All students or staff that fall ill during college hours are provided with general medicine free of cost.
Store: The college offers a cheap store where students may purchase stationery goods at an affordable rate. Xerox facility is also available at the store.
Transport: The college has got several buses that pass the major points. Only about 50% of students utilize the college facility as public transportation is easily available since its located in an area where transportation is easily available.
Sports: To keep the students healthy and fit, indoor and outdoor games have been introduced by the Department of Physical Education at Mahishadal Raj College. Students are provided with highly qualified coaches, a vast playing area of thousands of square feet, and indoor sports complexes with wooden flooring. Separate playfields are also provided for boys and girls and sponsorships to elite players. Students are exposed to state and national-level tournaments and individual attention is given to every player through mentoring.
Gyms: The college has got a gym that's well equipped and hence ensures the physical and mental well being of students.
