Personality Development Activities: Personality Development Activities are held at the institute to develop professionalism in all disciplines in their students. For which, 150-minute multimedia Compact Disc Personality Development has been developed by RIMSE jointly with Indus Quality Foundation, New Delhi, and NIIT. The Personality Development CD is available in three languages that are English, Kannada, and Telugu. The price of a CD is INR 200. This step of the college is regarded as the contribution to the development of harmonious and balanced professionals in the field of education.
Prayer Hall: The institute has a beautiful in-house prayer hall with a remarkable marble image of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda. Spiritual retreat activities are held at this hall for the general public.
Museum and Library: The college has a big library with more than 28,000 books and periodicals.
