About Sudharsan Engineering College - [SEC]

Sudharsan Engineering College (SEC), Pudukkottai was established in 2000 under Sudharsan Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi. The mission of the institute is to offer the highest quality engineering and management education in a backward area and bring out engineers with state of the art professional skills, to protect the safety, health and welfare of the society through Sudharsan. The college is situated on NH 210 in Sathiyamangalam about 12 km from Pudukkottai. The campus is 40 kms close to Trichy and 30 kms to Trichy Anna University.

Auditorium	The institute has a spacious and well furnished auditorium with audio visual aids.
Computer Lab	The institute has 07 computer labs with 587 PC's which are well equipped with latest configuration and softwares.
Library	The college library has a collection of 12575 titles and 32376 volumes of books. It subscribe to 115 periodicals, 106 national journals and 1491 international journals.
Hostel	Available for both boys and girls student separately with accommodation capacity of 320 male students and 240 female students.

Certificate and cash award of Rs. 500/- for I rank, Rs. 300/- for II rank and Rs. 150/- for III rank to students in each department in each semester
Certificate and Refund of tuition fees paid for all 4 years to student having University Rank 1 to 5
Certificate and Refund of 50% of tuition fees for all 4 years to student having University Rank 6 to 10
Certificate and Refund of 25% of tuition fees paid for all 4 years to student having University Rank 11 to 20
