Thangal Kunju Musaliar Institute of Technology was established in the year 2002 under the Thangal Kunju Musaliar Education Trust to serve the growing requirement of trained technical human resource in India.

College is recognized as one of the leading private technical institute in the Kerala
College is affiliated to PJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram and is approved by AICTE

FETE- 07: It was an art and cultural festival held in college campus renowned music director Mr. Balabhaskar inaugurated the festival.
Sports Meet
Avishkar’05: It was technical symposium conducted by the ECE department students
Memphis’06: It was a technical event organized by CSE department in which various events like paper presentation , quiz, programming contest and mock press were held.
Vector’06: It is technical symposium hosted by IT department of college
Juventas’08: Hosted by Association of cyber experts in the CSE department of college
