AJC Bose College Admission Process

Admissions at AJC Bose College, Kolkata is purely based on merits obtained by the students in the last qualifying exam. Students are required to obtain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam to become eligible for admission.

How to apply?

• The admission process for the courses can be done online as well as offline.
• Candidates can either apply on the website and fill up the application form or they can also collect the form from the college premises.
• In the online application, candidates have to fill in their complete information correctly and submit it before the said deadline.
• Payment can be done through NEFT or challan.
• Click on Print Challan. After filling in the exact name that appears on class 10 + 2 marksheet submit the form. Print the challan and deposit it at any branch of State Bank of India Collect the receipt and the Journal Number that the bank provides. The admission fee can also be paid online using ‘Pay Application Fee Online’ (there will be extra charges) in which case collect the State Bank Collect Reference Number. Online payment can be made with a credit/ debit card or internet banking. Both, the Journal Number. or the State Bank Collect Reference Number. will be activated 24 hours after the payment of the Admission fee. OR The fee can also be paid in cash.
• Click on the New Application Form. Put the Journal number of SB Collect Reference number, the date of fee submission, and the stream. After hitting submit, an application form will appear with your name printed and you need to fill in the other necessary details to be filled. On submitting the application form a new page will appear with the Form Number and an option to Print Form.
• The filled form does not have to be submitted to the college. After selection, the filled form attached with other required documents must be submitted during verification or counselling

• For offline applications, candidates can obtain the form by visiting the college campus.
• For applying to more than one course, candidates have to fill a separate application form.
• Admission can be canceled at any point in time. Students must submit the cancellation form along with the fee receipt directly to the principal- original copy.
• The refund will be guided by UGC rules and transferred to the candidate’s bank account.
