Al Azhar College of Engineering and Technology (AACET), Kerala was established in 2005 under Noorul Islam Trust. It is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Kottayam and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The mission of the college is imparting quality education, in moulding the budding engineers into competent and confident professionals and inculcating in them a passion to work creatively, effectively and wisely for a better future for them and for the human society. Its sprawling campus spread over an area of 50 acres which is located on Thodupuzha-Kumaramangalam Road, Perumpillichira and situated at a distance of 2 kms from Thodupuzha Town.
