Arihant College Facilities

Arihant College is spread in a 5.5 acres lush green campus with the buildings comprising of all modern amenities. The campus is located within 1 k.m. from the DAVV Takshashila Campus on the main Khandwa Road, which is the main Educational belt of well-established schools and colleges in Indore. The college conducts awareness programs like awareness for breast cancer, AIDS, females infanticides/ self-defense /Environmental protection, plantation drives, various competitions both at intra & inter college are also conducted in almost all the cultural fields be it Singing “Swaranjali” Dancing “Nritanjali”, Poetry “Kavyanjali”, etc along with Rangoli, Mehndi , Face, Painting, Poster Making, Slogan, Essay Writing and many more. Below are the details of the facilities offered at Arihant College:

• Library: The library at Arihant College has a wide collection of books, journals, newspapers, and DVDs. Additionally, there is a wealth of online resources. Students are allowed to make use of computers completely with FREE Internet access, word processing, and other software packages. The library also provides individual and group study spaces, and a silent study area for those students wishing to study quietly. The college library is open for 6 days a week during term time.
• Sports: The college has sports and games facilities required for maintaining physical and mental fitness. The institute is also capable of hosting various inter-college and intra-college tournaments. Some of the most common played by the students of Arihant College are cricket, volleyball, badminton, chess, etc. 
• Audio-visual Room: The audio-visual room at Arihant College has a tripod, one handy cam, and other teaching and learning tools. The facility can be used to produce e-content and record lectures. Up to 40 people can fit in the space, which has excellent natural lighting and provides students with a live multimedia experience.
• Auditorium: Modern equipments are included in the auditorium and it can accommodate 300 people in its seats. Four speakers, four amplifiers, and a mixer make up the auditorium’s outstanding and complete sound system. There are two microphones, two collar microphones, two standing microphones, and four floor microphones. A projector and screen have been installed in the auditorium. A mixer and 60 LED lights make up the Full Stage System of lighting. The hall is fully ventilated. Also, there is a generator for power back-up.
• Cafeteria: Arihant College has a cool and hygienic cafeteria on the campus so that the students can enjoy healthy and sumptuous foods while having a fun chat with their pals. The menu is quite big, and it is full of tasty food. The oil used in the making of these foods is of high quality and refined, and it is never reused. The salt and spicy items are also used in moderation. Moreover, the infrastructure is also quite good, and the students can relax a bit here.
• Other Facilities: The other facilities provided by Arihant College include a swimming pool, ICT classrooms, disabled friendly campus, computer labs, and medical facility.
