Banda University Admission

The admission for any course at the Banda University is based on the entrance test UPCATET followed by counselling. The candidate is allowed to give the test only if he/ she fulfills the eligibility criteria for the particular course in which he/ she wants to take admission. The students will be allotted seats based on merit/ reservation/ number of seats available. The students can apply in both online and offline mode. 

How to apply?

UPCATET Online Application

• The student must visit the official website https://buat.edu.in/ for the application form.
• Select "Apply Online" and agree to the terms and conditions to continue.
• First, the student must register using a valid email ID.
• All the required information in the application form must be filled accurately.
• The photograph and the required self-attested documents of the student must be uploaded.
• The print out of the application form must be taken and preserved for usage during counselling and other admission procedures.
• An application fee of INR 1250 (For general category) or 1NR 1050 (For SC/ST) can be paid through credit/debit card, e-challan, etc.

UPCATET Offline Application

• The application form can be purchased from Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology.
• Fill the form along with all the accurate details and attach the required self-attested documents.
• Demand Draft(DD) of application fee of  INR 1250 (For general category) and of INR 1050 (For SC/ST) must be enclosed with the form.

Counselling Process

• After the results of the entrance test are announced, the selected students are called for counselling.
• The counselling letter must be downloaded from the website.
• The schedule of counselling like date, time, and place will be specified in the letter.
• The students will be allotted seats based on merit/ reservation/ number of seats available.
• While appearing for the counseling session, the student must carry the required documents.
• Along with these documents, the students must bring along 2 bank DDs: INR 500 as counseling fee and INR 5000 as an initiation fee.
• If the candidate fails to bring any of the required documents, his/ her admission will be cancelled.
