CGC Admission

Selection Criteria

The candidates for the respective courses are selected on the basis of the Entrance Examination (for specific courses), and for other courses, there is Direct admission on the basis of the marks of the last qualifying examination and personal Interview.

The candidates can fill the application form only if the students fulfill the eligibility criteria. The general eligibility criteria are:

The candidates willing to get admitted in Under Graduate courses must pass his/ her 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% of marks and from a recognized state or central board
The candidates for Post-Graduation courses must pass their graduation in the respective discipline with not less than 45% of marks from a recognized university.
The applicants must be an Indian citizen

Hostel: There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The single room accommodation rooms are given to the final year students and the Post-graduation students. The boys' hostel can accommodate 500 students and the girls' hostel has beds for 200 students. The students are permitted to use their own computer in their rooms
Transport: The college provides a transport facility for the students and staff for their safe and hassle-free from home to college and from college to home. the college is arranging for more busses, so that they can provide this pick-up and drop facility to a wider area.
Library: The college has a big library which consists of 3000+ books, national international journals. The students can issue books against their library cards. The students can sit in the library and can do their book works during the library time of the college.
Computer Lab: The Computer Lab of this college is well maintained, and the assistant of the computer lab is also very adjustable.
Canteen: The canteen offers healthy and tasty food to the students at a very reasonable price.
