Delhi School of Professional Studies & Research (DSPSR) is among the well-reputed institutes of its kind in the country. The college has been accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade. It has earned a rank band of 101-150 in which 1304 institutes participated for NAAC Ranking. Currently, the institute offers 3 undergraduate programs in two separate shifts. Admission to these courses is done on the basis of rank scored in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by IPU and CUET conducted by NTA. The college also offers a total of 123 scholarships to its students on a merit cum means basis. DSPSR New Delhi provides students with its prestigious B.Com and BBA programs. The eligibility criteria and seat intake are as tabulated below: 

Admissions to B.Com, BBA & BCA programs are done on the basis of rank secured by candidates in the IPU CET examination (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or CUET conducted by NTA.

Application Process

In order to apply for admission to the institute, the candidate must follow a few simple steps. ]

• Visit the official website of the institute and download the application form
• Fill all credential and details required in the application form 
• Affix passport-sized photographs of the candidate as well as the candidate’s parents and sign the declaration page. 
• Fill and submit other required forms such as Attendance and Code of Conduct, Anti-Ragging Affidavit by students and Parent/Guardian and the Student Identity Card
• Submission can be done either through the post or in person.
• The candidate should keep the receipt for future reference

Mentioned below is the reservation of seats at the institute:  

• 27% for Other Backward Classes candidates
• 5% for Defence background candidates 
• 5% for Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
• As overall, there is an 85% of seats reserved for Delhi based candidates ( or else last graduating institution from Delhi) and 15% reserved for non-Delhi residents.

DSPSR New Delhi Scholarships 2024

The institute provides students a number of scholarships on Merit basis, Merit cum Means basis, and Need basis. The amount of scholarships that can be availed by the students depends on their rank in the CET. There are 123 internal scholarships in total with a maximum amount of INR 79,400 per annum and the institute also provides 100% scholarship on tuition fee. Merit cum Means scholarships will only be awarded to those candidates with a total family income of no more than INR 2.5 Lacs. Extension of scholarship before the first year is subject to the candidate’s performance and attendance.

DSPSR New Delhi Faculty 2024

DSPSR houses a highly qualified team of 52 faculty members who are all well accomplished in their fields. The faculty members have had years of experience, training and research in their respective disciplines and provide students with new and effective learning approaches by interacting with them and clarifying as many concepts as possible.
